The Process explained

1. By clicking the Contact Us Option on the home page. Please submit your medical enquires to us.
   
2. We will then ask you to send us your nature of ailments, past and present diagnostics reports available with you. CT Scans/ MRI Scans/ X rays etc important to your treatment( please use our postal address or our telefax to send these).
   
3. We will discuss these reports with our Doctors, and Hospitals which will be treating you. We will get you a second opinion too if you may wish one.
   
4. This will now enable us to find you the best Hospital and Surgeons for your treatment and the best possible quote for your procedure.
   
5. We will then also discuss any other requirement eg. Your lodging before or after the treatments, any vacations, Spa retreats or Ayurvedic or yoga holidays, etc., you may want to indulge in during your stay here in India
   
6. We will then quote you our comprehensive cost for your stay in India. This may or may not include your vacation, Hotel stay, pre or post procedure, etc.
   
7. Once you have made up your mind and decided on your trip. We will then fix your appointment dates with the hospital and surgeons for your treatments.
   
8. We will also require a consent form from your local physicians to fly
   
9. You will receive full details/ itineraries of your stay here via email.
   
10. In case you want us to do your reservations for the hotel, 50 percent of the total charges of the hotel reservation will need to be paid in advance.
    
11. Proceed for your medical visa. We will be providing you with confirmed appointments with your Indian Medical Specialist, and also a medical visa recommendation letter by us for a speedy visa clearance
    
12. You can book your flight and inform us about your arrival and departure dates
    
13. Our escort will then receive you at the airport.
    
14. Pay in total to your medical escort, and he will drive you to your destination hospital or surgery.
    
15. Your Medical tour is now our responsibility.
    
16. You must carry medication or prescription for generic medicines/drugs recommended by your medical specialist/ doctor.
    
17. After your treatment enjoy a recuperative holiday in India for a few weeks or as per opted choice earlier.
    
18. Follow up with the specialist / Doctor via email or video conferencing (if available)

• Discharge Summary and all the reports will be handed over to you at the time of discharge.
• Dietician will visit the patient regularly and the diet will be served as per the instruction of Dietician. At the time of discharge diet chart will be provided.
• Post discharge consultation by email/telecalling.
• Travel/Tour assistance/Air Ticket assistance/Visa Assistance etc. are provided.
• Daily medical update from the treating Doctor for patient's family.
• If required, assist in providing you with a nurse or doctor visits during your recuperation.
